Deer Lake Ride
Mentioned briefly in my last posting, but we got out to Deer Lake on Sunday!
Well, I promised pictures!! The full album is posted here but a few nice samples below!
The Bamboo Cafe!! Wasn't expecting to find this one here at all - we knew there was a slicer next door but I'd never been in here! Food turned out to be great, they've got beer on tap and even a full bar if the mood strikes you, oh yeah, and coffee too... Almost "civilized", you know?
How's that for a nice day!! Considering when I left the house at 2:00 it was raining too... Turned out nice and warm, mostly clear, perfection!!
The "spongy" areas of the shoreline all have nice boardwalks... :D
Et Voila! The ride comes to an end...
