Elgin, JC Higgins, J.C. Higgins, They're All Sears bikes, and all freaking awesome!! I love that the Firestone bikes are all the same frames too... It's too bad there isn't more information out there about these bikes as they totally kick ass. Yes, they're not quite as good quality as a Schwinn, but they're absolutely serviceable and personally I find they fit taller riders a bit better. One really could ask why AREN'T these bikes ruling the world about now?!?

Yup, it's definitely cruiser season! Great turnout!

Stupidly forgot my camera last night... D'oh...

So anyhow, we had about 20-25 riders last night!!  Lots of regulars, plus a good solid chunk of fresh faces... Glad to see you all out!  Super stoked, I'm totally digging the open rides again!!

D'oh... We nicknamed that corner "Logan's Run" after this one... Ended up popping the fork against the Sea Wall and jumping on it to get it bent back...  Didn't last long after that but got him home that night!

Wow... I sold that Felt over a year ago - I think it was brand new in this shot!!  Nice little Siawash pullout, back before the SeaWall got ripped apart in the winter storms... I miss being able to sit on the barrier there!
