Elgin, JC Higgins, J.C. Higgins, They're All Sears bikes, and all freaking awesome!! I love that the Firestone bikes are all the same frames too... It's too bad there isn't more information out there about these bikes as they totally kick ass. Yes, they're not quite as good quality as a Schwinn, but they're absolutely serviceable and personally I find they fit taller riders a bit better. One really could ask why AREN'T these bikes ruling the world about now?!?
 

Couple of Improvements

I went to reply to someone's forum posting today and got frustrated... So I fixed the site!

Couple of small changes:

  1. You can now put images, external links, youtube, whatever in to forum posts.  I removed the "limited" version of the editor that was running there, it was a pain.  If I'd known how easy it was I'd have done it a long time ago!
  2. When you're using the 'Image' or 'Internal Link' buttons it now defaults to your home directory rather than wherever you happen to be in the site.  It also has a "My Folder" button to take you straight there in case you wander elsewhere.  I'm hoping that'll make it easier for people to upload images and things when they're making blog or forum posts.

i have been and still am unable to reply or post on the board.i klick reply/post,and mouse isnt showing up in space provided,and typing does nothing,same today.Dont ask why it works here,but does not work in any other replys or post i try to start,same thing today?????????????????????

What web browser are you using? Sounds like you are having issues with the built-in editor.
