4th Annual Royal City Cruiser Ride
Every year New West holds the Royal City Show'n'Shine - all of Columbia street is closed and lined with gorgeous cars from the turn of the century on through all the classic car eras. We're meeting up at Patterson SkyTrain station and then riding down in to New West along the 7-11 trail that follows the SkyTrain. At the end of the day we can take the bikes on SkyTrain at Columbia station and head back up to Patterson - easy peasy!

Meet up at Patterson SkyTrain Station at noon on Sunday
Ride down the 7-11 Trail (all downhill) in to New West, we'll arrive at the show about 2:30 PM or so. There will more than likely be a few stops along the way, including the Taylor Park BMX park in Burnaby...
The show wraps up by around 5:00 PM. Once it's all done we'll ride back in to Vancouver along the Central Valley Greenway. If you don't feel like riding back to Vancouver you can jump on the SkyTrain at Columbia Station - it's just down the street. Bikes are allowed on SkyTrain at all times on weekends. If you can't make the start of the ride, come on down and meet up with us before 5:00 to do the roll back in to Vancouver!
It's a GREAT ride along the trail and the show last year blew my mind - it's probably the biggest car show in Metro Vancouver.
Given the theme of the show this is a "Vintage Preferred" event - while all cruisers are welcome if you have a choice ride a vintage bike!
